File uploads / downloads:

If you are a client of Di Natale Design, use our FTP interface to transfer larger files to us.

There are no codes needed.
The file will be automatically compressed during the upload process.
We will receive an automated notification when a file is successfully uploaded.
We will delete your files from the server immediately after downloading is complete.
If you are sending sensitive information, please call us prior to posting your files.

Files under 10 MB can be emailed to us.
Spam mail is a big issue today. We use a "friends system" to qualify incoming email addresses. After sending your first email to us, be sure to reply back to our "friends system" email to insure your email doesn't get tagged as spam.
We will ALWAYS reply to your email with a notification of receipt. If you do not get a reply by the end of the business day, please follow up by phone. Emails are not a 100% reliable communication tool.
Zip or stuff fonts before sending as they can corrupt easily during email transfer.
